    Expectations:

    • Arrive on time, be prepared for class, and save questions until after directions are given. 
    • Be a worker. Students must create their own work.
    • Respect others and property. No hurtful comments or inappropriate language. Take care of all art materials and use tools correctly to keep the art room safe.
    • Follow the rubric given for assignments and always put your name on the back of your projects.

    1st - 4th Grading Policy:

    O - Outstanding - You were always on task and helpful. Your art showed excellent craftsmanship/creativity. Your work was very neatly done and you went above and beyond! All directions and goals were followed/met.  

    S - Satisfactory - You were mostly on task. Your art showed good craftsmanship/creativity. Nearly all directions and goals were followed/met.

    N - Needs Improvement - You were sometimes on task. Your art showed fair craftsmanship/creativity. Some directions and goals were followed/met.

    5th - 8th Grading Policy:

     A+ = 95-100     A = 90-94   B+ = 85-89     B = 80-84     C+ = 75-79    C = 70-74       D = 65-69      F = Below 64
