Our new Technology Lab officially opened on March 22, 2005.

In the twenty-first century children must be prepared to live and work in a more globally connected world. Technology continues to play an increasingly vital role in our daily lives and continues to evolve at an amazing rate. In order to ensure our students are prepared for life and work in a rapidly changing world we have actively redesigned and implemented a more effective Technology Education program.

Our Technology lab was designed to build foundational knowledge and problem-solving skills that students need for competitive strength in the workforce. Working in pairs, students learn technical competencies and creative talents for various real-world problems using technology.

Each of the 12 modules has a computer workstation complete with the required hardware, software and associated equipment required to teach the fundamentals of a particular technology concept. Our Technology Lab provides hands on technology instruction using "modules" in the following areas of study;

Aerodynamics

Animation

Automation and Robotics

Computer Aided Design

Controls and Sensors

Engineering and

Stress Analysis

Exploring Mechanisms

Flight Simulation

Fluid Power

Lasers and Fiber Optics
